The Strike Hotline is a hobby service run by an individual (sole proprietor) for members of a private recreational pickup-soccer community. It lets members call or text a phone number to hear their game results and "strike" statistics, and to receive occasional related text updates. This policy explains what we collect and how we handle it.
Information we collect
- Your phone number, when you call or text the hotline.
- The content of your calls and texts with the hotline (including transcripts), so the service can respond and remember context.
- Your game participation and strike statistics, derived from the community's own shared game recaps.
How we use it
- To answer your questions about your games and stats over call and text.
- To send you the occasional text updates you asked for by contacting the hotline.
How we share it
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not share your text messaging opt-in data or consent with any third-party service providers, except strictly as necessary to route and deliver your text messages.
SMS / text messaging
This service includes SMS text messaging. You opt in yourself by texting or calling our number — we never message anyone who has not first contacted us, and we never buy, rent, or upload phone numbers. Message frequency varies (roughly 1–2 messages per day). Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP.

Data retention & deletion
We keep your information only as long as needed to run the service. To have your data deleted, contact us using the number below.
